The number of property listings on the site reached 4.1 million by FY 2015-16, with paid listings accounting for 2,846,000 at the end of Q4 2015-16.

The key for the business is to stay a step ahead of intense competition in the market from national and local players as well as wider vertical product-selling sites. To this end, it has invested aggressively in the mobile platform which for the period April to June, 2015 was nearly 45% on the total sessions.
